Service scope
MyRoutiq provides household coordination tools for tasks, shopping requests, recipes, rest day records, pay records, house rules, notifications, chat, feedback, Care Points, badges, and reports. By creating an account or using MyRoutiq, you agree to use it only for lawful household coordination purposes.
Roles and employment relationships
MyRoutiq is not an employer, employment agency, payroll provider, legal adviser, insurance provider, dispute resolution body, or government authority. Employment terms, salary payments, rest day arrangements, working hours, duties, living conditions, termination matters, and legal obligations remain between the employer, the Helper, any employment agency, and relevant authorities.
User responsibilities
Employers are responsible for making sure their instructions, house rules, pay records, rest day decisions, and requests comply with applicable laws, contracts, and household agreements. Helpers are responsible for submitting accurate confirmations, requests, notes, photos, signatures, and other records.
Acceptable use
Users must not upload unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, sexually explicit, private third-party, misleading, or unrelated content. Users should not upload identity documents, bank details, medical information, children's photos, or third-party personal data unless it is necessary for household coordination and properly authorized. MyRoutiq may restrict or suspend access where reasonably needed to protect the service, other users, or legal compliance.
Care Points and rewards
Care Points, streaks, badges, levels, and reports are motivational and organizational features only. They have no cash value and should not be used to punish, shame, rank, compare, or pressure Helpers. MyRoutiq may adjust these features to improve fairness, reliability, or abuse prevention.
