MyRoutiq may collect and store information needed to operate the app, including account information, email, role, language, profile photo, household membership, invite codes, task records, task detail photos, completion photos, shopping records, recipe content, home guides, rest day requests, pay records, signatures, house rules, chat text, chat images, voice messages, voice transcripts, notifications, feedback, device push tokens, timestamps, and technical logs.

MyRoutiq uses this information to provide household coordination features, sync records between authorized household members, translate user-entered text, transcribe voice messages, send reminders and push notifications, store household records, generate Care Points and reports, respond to feedback, improve reliability, and help prevent misuse or unauthorized access.

Household content is visible to authorized members of the same household according to their role and the feature being used. For example, task photos, shopping photos, recipes, pay records, signatures, rest day notes, house rules, and chats may be visible to both employer and Helper. Do not upload content that other authorized household members should not see.

MyRoutiq uses cloud infrastructure and service providers such as Firebase/Google Cloud for authentication, database, storage, functions, messaging, translation, and speech transcription. Feedback emails and push notifications may be processed by email or notification providers. We do not sell personal data and we do not use advertising SDKs in the app.

Data is retained while needed to provide the app, maintain household records, support account security, comply with legal obligations, or resolve issues. Some records are intended to remain as household history unless deleted through available app controls or account deletion flows. Automatic deletion of old photos or records is not currently enabled by default.

Users can update profile and language settings in the app and can delete their account from Profile where available. Account deletion may remove or anonymize account-related data, but household records shared with other authorized members may remain where needed for household history, audit, dispute prevention, or technical integrity. Legal rights to access, correct, or delete data may apply depending on location, but MyRoutiq does not currently provide a general self-service data export feature.

Data may be processed or stored outside the user's country because MyRoutiq relies on cloud infrastructure. We use technical and organizational safeguards such as authenticated access, security rules, encryption in transit, cloud provider security controls, and role-based access where applicable, but no system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
