Records are for reference
MyRoutiq records, including task completions, uploaded photos, shopping requests, rest day records, pay records, signatures, house rules, chats, notifications, rewards, reports, and home guides, are for household coordination, reference, and communication only.
Official records remain separate
MyRoutiq records do not replace official employment contracts, bank transfer records, payslips, statutory records, tax records, agency documents, government forms, medical records, safety certifications, or legal documents required by applicable law. Users should keep any official records required outside the app.
User responsibility
MyRoutiq does not verify whether any instruction, pay amount, rest day arrangement, house rule, household practice, uploaded photo, signature, or user-generated record is lawful, complete, accurate, fair, sufficient, or enforceable. Users remain responsible for complying with applicable employment, immigration, privacy, data protection, workplace safety, domestic worker protection, and other laws.
Feature limitations
Notifications, translations, speech transcripts, reports, and rewards are provided for convenience and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Users should not rely on MyRoutiq as the only source for urgent, safety-critical, legal, payroll, or employment decisions.
Limits of responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyRoutiq is not responsible for employment disputes, salary disputes, unpaid amounts, inaccurate user entries, unlawful instructions, misuse of uploaded content, missed notifications, translation or transcription errors, service interruptions, data loss, or decisions made based on app records.
